Meet the team
Meet Gill
Gillian Logan AEP AES
Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Pilates Instructor
After having 4 children, I decided it was time to find and follow my passion. I returned to university and qualified as an Exercise Physiologist at the University of Canberra.
I have always loved being active for fun, but then to learn and understand how targeted exercise rehabilitation is clinically proven to alter the impact and severity of chronic disease, neurological conditions and mental health - was exciting and amazing! Exercise really is medicine!
I knew I wanted to use this new found knowledge to help people to lead lives where they are clear about health and wellbeing. Because as an exercise physiologist we don’t just exercise - we also educate and facilitate change and growth.
During my time at university, I worked at the Curves Gym as a circuit and weight loss coach and had so much fun teaching group exercise and working in an amazing and passionate team. I also studied Pilates, kettlebells, functional training, strength and conditioning and practiced yoga.
I am continuously being creative and using a combination of techniques in my exercise prescription for rehabilitation because with EP we don’t use ‘cookie cutter’ programs. We take a wholistic approach aka ‘the biopsychosocial model’. So, this means, your exercise program is individualised based on our clinical assessment of your presentation and functional capacity and your goals.

Setting up my own Exercise Physiology practice here in Hawker has been the realisation of a dream. A dream to create a welcoming space where people feel supported, safe and inspired to be the best version of themselves (even the paint colour is called ‘Zen’). In doing so this space allows me to truly focus on my clients and what they need. As a bonus am fortunate enough to say, I go home every day and say ‘I had the best day and I have the best job!’

I am so proud to have a team that feels as passionate as I do. We have built a clinic that is welcoming and accessible, all while being professional and practicing clinically-led rehabilitation based on scientific-evidence. The commitment and health services we provide are so important to the long term health and wellbeing of so many who visit the clinic, which is conveniently located here in Belconnen.

My Vision

Meet Peta
Peta Luck AEP AES
Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Exercise Scientist
I became an Exercise Physiologist because I believe in the power of movement to support health at every stage of life. I was inspired by a mix of personal experience and community need — including being told to stop running at age 45 due to a minor knee injury, and seeing the shortage of allied health professionals in rural areas. I’m passionate about helping people stay active as they age, manage stress and chronic conditions, and feel confident in their bodies again. My approach is personalised, practical, and built on the belief that movement should support the life you want to live — not limit it.
Available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
